Terms of use

By buying or using NotchMan you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

License

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use NotchMan on up to three Macs you own or control. It includes every update we release. It does not include the right to redistribute, resell or reverse engineer the app.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Prices include applicable tax. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, by replying to your receipt email or writing to hello@notchman.com. A refund revokes the license key.

Availability

The app requires macOS 14 or later. We work hard to keep it compatible with new macOS releases but cannot guarantee any specific timeline.

Warranty

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Your data stays on your Mac and backing it up is your responsibility.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
