Refund policy

Fourteen days, no questions. If NotchMan isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get all of it back.

How to ask

• Reply to the receipt email from Dodo Payments, or
• Email hello@notchman.com with the email you bought with.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. The license key stops working once the refund is issued.

After fourteen days

Write to us anyway. If the app doesn’t work on your Mac and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you regardless of the date.
